Even though there have been recent Congressional changes to the bankruptcy laws, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection is a viable option for individuals seeking relief from their creditors.

Let’s face it, there are many bankruptcy attorneys in Michigan and, unless you were referred to me from someone you know and trust, you do not know much about me. I hope that after browsing through this website you will learn enough to feel comfortable contacting me via email or the telephone to schedule a free consultation.  Bankruptcy is a legal and moral option for people that need help. My initial consultations are always free and there is no pressure to “sign up.”  You do not need to bring any money to the first meeting.  At New Day, all of your contact will be with an attorney.

Our goal is to equip you with the information necessary to make an informed decision about your specific situation.  Through our initial discussions you may discover that bankruptcy is not the right answer for your situation. We will discuss other options that may be available to you.

New Day Legal Services only practices in the area of debt relief and bankruptcy.  Bankruptcy and debt relief are ever evolving areas of law and require and receive our full attention.

If you are not familiar with our company and your first contact with us is online: We would be pleased to hear from you! Please let us know what your needs and questions are, we will be more than happy to help.

Deuteronomy Chapter 15
1 At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.
2 And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release
that which he hath lent unto his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor and his brother; because the LORD'S release hath been proclaimed.
